Hi Jesse and Matt: we have read your review about Smile Design Dental. Obviously you have reviewed a wrong office. We are Smile Design Dental located in East Plano (5850 K Ave Ste 300, Plano, TX). Our doctor is Dr. Nguyen; we have been here since 2005 and we never have a dental hygienist working in our office. You must have mistaken us with other Smile Design in Dallas metroplex. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Nguyen is very gentle and cares for his patients. My whole family is very pleased with Smile Design.
