Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.
