Every time I come here they always remember my daughter by name even when it takes us over one year to schedule an appointment since Kimberly needs to have IV sedation and has special needs. Dr Kooi is very thoughtful and amazingly sweet as well as his assistants and anesthesiogist. Kim is very comfortable with everyone. One of the first things I noticed was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. This dental business makes every effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They really go above and beyond to make Kim feel special, now if only we could get an appoinment scheduled.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.
