I picked this dentist solely based on their location and the fact that they had late hours a few times a week so that I would not have to miss work. Because I was a new patient, I had to wait over a month to get one of the after-hours slots, but was happy to do so even though I had a nagging tooth ailment. I came down with an acute cough and fever 2 days before my scheduled appointment, which I immediately went to see a doctor for, and was prescribed antibiotics. The day of my dentist appointment arrived and I debated all day on whether or not to go because of the cough I had developed, but by this time my tooth was killing me and I was desperate for the dentist, so I took the maximum amount over the counter cough suppressants until my cough was under control. I napped all afternoon because the cough suppressants made me drowsy and actually had to have a friend drive me to the appointment because I felt so drugged. When I arrived at my appointment (on time), I was told by the desk attendant that my appointment was canceled because I had not returned her call. What call, I asked? I had received the standard “reminder” call the day before telling me that I had an appointment the next day, but nothing else. She actually canceled an appointment I waited 4 weeks for because I hadn’t returned her reminder call! Unfortunately, I can’t rate the dentist because I didn’t get a chance to meet him. But his office has absolutely no regard for their patients at all. I waited patiently for an appointment, went through a lot of trouble to arrive on time, and had my appointment canceled because I didn’t return a reminder call! I was the last patient of the day and the staff was itching to go home early; save yourself the trouble and find a more professional dentist office. She was rude, unapologetic, and actually had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to reschedule!
