I was skeptical about going to Monarch as I had read some less than stellar reviews. I was happily surprised to find that every employee there treated me with the utmost care and consideration! The staff worked with me to find good times for appointments and to schedule treatments. The hygienist and dentist were gentle and concerned for my comfort. My only discomfort is that the rooms are very tiny with lots of bright overhead lights (I realize they are needed), and while you are sitting in the chair cranked way back, the hygienist or dentist has to step out very often to deal with other patients, leaving you there to stare up into the blaring lights for 15 - 20 minute intervals. This is a small irritation though, compared with the nice staff and gentle services. I'm quite happy with them and just plan to bring my sunshades to slip on while I wait!

Everyone was very courteous and very professional. Mainly though, I waited only a few minutes after arriving which was great for my planning of my time.
