Dr. Brown & his staff are great. down to earth & understanding. They did a terrific job!
I'm terrified of the dentist from yrs. of horrible experiences. (I even cried on the phone when making the consultation appt., but Jackie calmed me down!) I'd lost my 4 front bottom teeth a few yrs. back & received a very bad fitting partial. It hurt to wear, made me talk funny, couldn't eat with it in & hated to smile or open my mouth in front of people. After many Prayers, tears & much research, I found Dr. Brown & took a chance. He is truly my Angel! It was a miracle what he & his wonderful caring staff did for me! They kept me calm, placed 4 implants & it didn't hurt!! Now I have no pain in my mouth, can eat, smile, laugh & talk again without being embarrassed! I got my teeth back, my sanity back, my happiness back, & my life back!! Thank you!!!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Very impresses with this dental practice. Dr. Brown is the best!!! I came in for Implants and the entire experience couldn't have gone smoother. It was entirely painless, with minimum discomfort. I drive over two hours for my dental work and highly recommend Dr. Brown for all your Dental needs.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

No, but I was able to read a magazine
