They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Very impresses with this dental practice. Dr. Brown is the best!!! I came in for Implants and the entire experience couldn't have gone smoother. It was entirely painless, with minimum discomfort. I drive over two hours for my dental work and highly recommend Dr. Brown for all your Dental needs.

THE BEST OF THE BEST! I truly mean what I say. Dr. Brown and his staff (Jackie & Jay) are absolutely the most informative, helpful, caring, personable people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing in the dental world. From my 1st visit, my implant surgery was scheduled within a week. I was consistently asked during this procedure if I was ok. Everything was explained thoroughly and if I had any questions at all about anything they didn’t hesitate to answer it. After leaving the office that day and the numbness subsiding, my pain level was about a 5 but by the next day it was 0. I’m serious. And then a few visits after that to adjust the denture but I could not have asked for anything better. And then….fortunately I had the honor of being asked to participate in a seminar for dentists. Once again, the experience was of the utmost professional and painless I’ve ever gone through. And…the next day – NO PAIN WHATSOEVER! These people are AWESOME and Jay is quite handsome as well. (I know he will blush when he reads that part.) I would be happy to discuss any of my procedures with anyone at any time. I sincerely would recommend anyone to visit their office.

This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I could tell that they didn't practice good oral hygiene and it made me doubt that they really knew what they were talking about. It didn't look like they practiced what they preached. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
