The entire staff seemed apathetic towards my surgery and entire experience, I hated the office. It was incredibly difficult getting all the insurance information to them on time, because they never specified everything they would need before my appointment, and I had been communicating with them for a week ahead of time trying to get them all the information they needed. The secretary was always rude when I would call. I had weird side-effects from some of the medicine I was on and when I called the office to let them know about it and ask questions, they weren't much help and told me they had "never heard of anyone else with those side effects"- later I did some research into the medicine and my side effects were some of the ones listed. For the amount of money I paid I should have gotten much better service and I wouldn't suggest this place to any of my friends.

My family had a great appointment with the doctor.
However, it took over 3 months for us to find out that they were not going to be able to treat our daughter. No explanation has been given and no contact has been made. We even had to pay had to pay $300 for a CT that the doctor requested. We still have not heard any results from the CT We have provided this doctor with all of our records, but have not heard anything from him or his office. After 3 months, we have been told by our orthodontist that they and this office will not be able to help our daughter with her cleft palate. We were also told to pay for our next appointment, which has never happened.
I would never suggest this doctor, or office, to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.
