I must admit that I had decided to switch dentists! I was going to find something more convenient to my work. But I got a toothache last week and Ruth got me right in. Dr. Black has obviously made some staff changes and these people are professional, understanding, and FUN! The a Office Manager greeted me with a smile and explained everything on my treatment plan thoroughly. They were quick to re-verify my benefits for the night guard I needed and they made me feel like my dental needs were a priority. I am returning next week for a cleaning and looking forward to seeing my new friends!
I've never seen a dentist who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
