They're now closed and I'm writing this now as it still sickens me. Six Day Dental Coppell is the most unethical dental establishment I have ever been to. I take excellent care of my teeth and having just moved to Coppell, I went to try them out. The dentist found 6 cavities and having been in my mid 20s never having had a cavity before, I was in shock. I couldn't afford to fix all of them at the time, and I was sternly reprimanded almost to tears at the front desk for not taking out a loan to have all of the cavities filled that day. I went to be a practice patient for my friend in dental hygiene school a couple of months later, and the dentist at the school and two more dentists that I have been to since never found all of those other cavities that this dentist found. The school also wanted me to get a copy of my X-rays from Six Day, and they tried to charge me for my xrays-ILLEGAL!!! Wish I could remember his name to know if he is the dentist that opened the new practice in this same location.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment?

No, but they said they were going to!
