All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
