Dr. Lively, an excellent dentist, who looked like Santa Claus died several years ago. He was replaced by Dr. James Peterson. Dr Peterson is a wonderful, kind, skilled dentist. His office manager however is dishonest, overcharges, makes it impossible to get any due refunds and is rude to patients when the dentist is not around. Beware and read your benefit explanations!
