DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I have good insurance and yet I was still billed over $800 for 2 visits. Stay away unless you want to be financially RAPED. They will give you a made up estimate and continue to bill you more after you've already had the procedure.
