I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I came out of there with stitches near teeth he was not to work on and he never said anything about "accidentally" cutting my gums. Underneath my tongue looked like raw meat where I am sure the dental instrument scraped because I felt like I was drowning and he kept insisting his assistant was sucking out the water and I was fine. I was also having some sinus drainage and he looked and let me know there was some but it wasn't affecting me. He also made the comment that he understood why my regular dentist would not work on me. I am a difficult patient to numb and I told him this as he started to remove my wisdom tooth I could still feel sharp pains on the inside of the tooth. He kept telling me there is no way and continued working. I was in tears and would lightly pound on my stomach to which he'd say in disgust, I guess she's trying to tell us something again. He stopped and I just said don't worry about it and just finish. While he was drilling to remove a porcelin crown and piece hit the back of my throat and I waved my hand to have him stop. He said what now to which I replied a piece hit my throat and I needed to cough. He told me no his assistant was catching it all. Not sure how she could because it was hitting me in the eyes and I would have to close my eyes. I have never hurt so bad in my life and I have had tons of dental work done in my past. Our dentist sent me there because our insurance coverage was not as good as in the past and Dr Farr is cheaper.....well I got what I paid for!!!
