Very convenient to East Memphis (I-240 & Poplar). Appointments are always on time. Small staff is courteous, professional and quite experienced in all insurance/billing matters. Always ready answers when I phone. I started going to Dr Moore decades ago. Then I moved to Indiana and tried two other dentists there. Could not compare. I realized I could still see Dr Moore, due to frequent business trips to TN. When my family moved back to W TN, all of them also returned to him. They know us well. I told work friends years ago that Dr Moore has always been the best that I have ever known as far as making the procedures as ouchless as possible - and they thanked me for it and agreed.

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned?
Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
