i'm new to the Memphis area and got lost. I called because I couldn't find the office, it's off the road in a strip mall. the receptionist didn't tell the hygenist I was lost and was running a few minutes late. The hygenist berated me about the importance of being timely for her appointments and threatened to not clean my teeth, even after I explained I hadn't lived in Memphis very long and didn't know my way around. Also that I called. By the way the receptionist had a big purple streak in her hair which I didn't find very professional.
