I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. She also refused a refund on my credit balance of $775!
