Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. It was torture, and what should have taken a few hours took 2 appts of over 4 hours each. it was like a horror movie. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
