I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!

They were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the least bit of pain possible. I like many people fear the dentis, not anymore! they made sure I was ok and coached me through every step they were taking. I plan to go to them for future visits! They are great!
