Jeff Olson is a horrible dentist. His manner is disrespectful and he has a constant bad attitude. He doesn't take the time to talk to you and he is in and out of the room before you can ask questions. I took my daughter in and she was apprehensive about being there and he didn't even look in her mouth and said we will try next time, yet he was paid for that visit. He has mounted animals all over and some by his office but he got mad at my children and yelled at them when they walked past his office and looked at his animals, not in his office just outside. He should leave his door shut if he don't want people looking at his zoo in his office. I had to defend my children with his accusations and left his office promptly. Overall I don't see why he is a dentist, he doesn't work well with people. He is rude and horrible with children. Go elsewhere, plenty of great dentist in Rapid.

Staff was very friendly and attentative to my needs. There was no pressure to have any services completed. All possible procedures were discuss.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Definitely, it was nauseating
