There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
