Nice small town feel with updated instruments, I'm not sure if they REALLY actually remember me every time I come there, but they sure make me feel like they do. I run the optical shop nearby & have some mutual patients. Even people that dislike going to the dentist in general say that they like these guys - what a compliment!
Survey Responses: The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
