They filled the same cavity twice on my billing forms and after going for a cleaning they gave me a shot without asking. Thank God I hadnt taken anything to interfere with it. Then the lady who did the billing charged me out of pocket and was the RUDEST person I have EVER encountered. A year later they send the same $65 bill. I will pay their bill and then report them to be autited. Never again. The saddest part...the Dentist was great....his staff is what killed it!!! The fillings and crowns I got only lasted a couple of weeks. They didn't do a very good job putting them on. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was great with one HUGE exception. The woman in charge of billing was awful! I have three different forms insurance, two polices just for dental (one from my work and one from my husband's). She kept sending us big bills saying that our insurances hadn't paid. When we contacted our insurance providers they didn't have any record of her even submitting a claim! We thought that we had finally got everything settled, but looked for a new dentist because of the hassle. However, after a few years decided to try them again because our new dentist was booked up for months and we hoped that the billing person had been changed. No such luck. If fact after making us fill out updated paperwork, the same billing person informed us that we had an outstanding balance of $350.00!! This was after more than two years and NO bills from their office! Frankly, her explanations didn't make any sense, so we left and are looking elsewhere again.
