I was incredibly disapointed with this dentist office!! They would not allow me to go back with my 6 year old while he got his filling due to the fact that i had my other son who is almost 2 with me. I will NEVER go back there again and I encourage everyone else to do the same. There are PLENTY of dentists offices in the Spartanburg area, they should just close their doors. The only reason I wanted to go back with my child in the first place to watch the procedure was because some other parent came out to the waiting room and complained about the dentist yanking her child's head around!!! This is VERY serious and must be stopped! I am letting everyone I know to tell people to no longer take their children to this office!!

I would absolutely not recommend this dentist to anyone. I used to love going to the dentist. The establishment I used to go to had only a single dentist who was more than amazing at his job, as was the rest of his staff. This establishment is run by mostly incompetent people who are unorganized, and do not care about their patients or their patients' time. They are horrible at making appointments and keeping them. I always show up to my appointments at least 15 minutes early and end up waiting for at least an hour before someone is able to see me. When I get to the back there are plenty of hygienists standing around gossiping, and very few actually working on an individual. Some of the hygienists are decent, but they will gossip to each other while working on you and talk about the state of your mouth literally behind your back as if you are not even there. I have to ask directly what is going on, and feel as if the reply is always apprehensive. Once, my hygienist even asked others to come over to debate the results of my images with me sitting right there, asking what was going on. I felt completely ignored, and such behavior was (and is) highly unprofessional. My last visit ended with me needing to seek additional treatment as soon as possible. I received no referrals even though the next available appointment was at least 7 weeks after the initial appointment, and that appointment was canceled without my notice. I am more than frustrated with my experiences at this unprofessional establishment. There is a new dentist office opening closer to me and I look forward to switching.
