So it was my 1st time here. When I arrived, I was told to fill out the normal 1st time forms. Finally after waitng a typical 30 min, I was up to have my cleaning and examination. Only problem was there was no doctor in the office (1st time vist and no exam???). When I asked the staff why there was no Doctor, they lied and said I am only covered for 2 cleanings a year, and "one" exam (false, Delta insurance). After questioning this, they said they are a laid back office, and don't know where I have been in the past but the dental hygenist is there for me and I scheduled the appointment. The front office even had the nerve to push X-rays on me, and explaining when the Doctor "is" in, he will review them. I called my insurance, and they werre shocked "againDelta." Worst dentist office visit ever... Rude too! But....dental hygenist was one of the nicest and gentel ever!!! Wish she moved up to a better office!

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
