I think the key to Dr Jones getting any patients at all is by bedazzling victims with his front desk handouts of free 'goodies', i.e. fresh roses; cookies; pens; floss; magnets; breath mints; fresh fruit; gourmet lollipops; water with lemons, etc etc. I went to his office on a consultation for gum treatment, as I read he did LNAP, -laser surgery. I felt like I was meeting with a high pressured used car salesman. While I understand he has expensive equipment he has to pay for, he continued on and on slamming periodontist and oral surgeons and their techniques. I found Dr Jones to be extremely full of himself, obnoxious and didn't think it very professional to speak poorly of specialists in the dental field.
After going home and doing further research about oral laser surgery, I discovered that only highly skilled, licenses oral surgeons should ever perform this kind of advanced invasive procedure, as irreparable permanent damage could be the results. No one self proclaiming their qualifications should be performing what a true licensed oral surgeon should only be doing.
Dr Jones 'may' be a good general dentist, I myself don't care to return to him, to someone who misrepresents themselves.
I'm thankful I dodged a bullet and found a "real" surgeon to perform my oral laser surgery.
