This place was awful from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere in this office is dreary. No one greeted me when I checked in- Which by the way, the layout of the office was so strange I was actually confused as to where and with whom I was supposed to check in with. Then, an office staff member called me back up to the front desk, handed me forms and asked for my insurance cards. It was extremely cold and impersonal- again no greeting. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was downright rude and made innapropriate remarks about my flossing habits. She was way too rough and almost aggressive when she was cleaning my teeth. Before I could leave (I couldn't wait) the dentist came in, walked over to me and just started examining my teeth. He didn't utter two words to me, not even an introduction. I actually felt like I was in the twilight zone during this visit- the best way to describe it is creepy and strange. I called them to let them know I had a bad experience and they did not care at all, but I wasn't at all surprised. It's unfortunate because their hours are extremely convenient and they accept my dental insurance, but they don't value me as a patient/human being, so I will not return to this practice again.
