The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
