Very nice guy and does lots of good dentistry. However, he did what he wanted to do when it came to the look of my new crowns. He doesn't use diagnostic wax ups prior to sending out for the crowns. Because of this the shapes and sizes of my teeth are not what I want. Wish I hadn't placed so much stock in his opinion but after 15 years I thought I could trust his judgment. Should have done my homework prior, not after I hated the new new crowns in my mouth. Will have to have them redone and it will cost me to do this twice in order to get what I want my teeth to look like. He never showed any pictures of shapes of teeth nor did he tell me he was going to change the way my smile would look. For all other dentistry he is great but not cosmetics on the front teeth. Unless you don't mind wearing what he thinks looks good on your face and in your mouth. I am extremely disappointed and wish I had done more investigating of the many procedures to get what you want in a crown.

This office is by FAR the best dentists office I have encountered, if not the best medical office. The staff is absolutely professional and warm, and Dr. Romano is a cut above. He is a wonderful person, but is also a dedicated and highly skilled dentist. He always strives for perfection, and is justly pricy, so insurance is really a must if you aren't rife with cash. I am lucky to have found this place!
