horrible!!!!!!!! my husband was to have 4 teeth extracted for a lower partial, they removed two or three with Novocaine (not sure because it was just today and his mouth is so swollen you cant tell yet, plus they stuck the temporary partial which does not fit because all the teeth were not removed) and broke the 4th tooth. Sent him on his way and said he needed oral surgeon which was not on staff. Schedule surgeon appt for Oct.23rd!!!!! three weeks away for something they did wrong!!! WTF Oh and btw they stuck the temporary partial over the work that was not completed, so of course it doesn't fit properly and he is still bleeding clots 12 hours later. May be on the way to ER...... Oh told us that his permanent partial will take 5 months..... This rating will not allow the first star to be removed, but clearly it should not exist!

The worst dentist wouldn't treat me because I had an infection, which got worse because they would not see me for two days. I wound up walking out and went to another dentist and he removed the tooth, drained the infection and said if I had waited two more days it would've spread to my brain and other parts of my body and I would be in the hospital.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished.
