I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by my visit to Gentle Dental. After a brief glance at my teeth, I was bluntly told that I had 8 cavities and would need 6 fillings and 2 extractions. I was very surprised because I have always had pretty good teeth. In addition to that, I was not given information about the procedures I needed (ie. how long they would take, how much recovery time I would need, etc) until I specifically asked. I think a dentist should give you information about what you are going to go through. There was also a 45 minutes wait, which I think is a little long!

After all of this, I got a 2nd opinion, and it turns out I only needed 2 fillings. I'm so glad I got a 2nd opinion, and I will never go back to Gentle Dental.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
