I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was short. The staff was very helpful.
