Just not happy with the care, fillings recieved have fallen out repeatedly, and they did not provide accurate billing. When we requested an itemized bill, it was very vague and there were charges they could not explain. After demanding itemized bills to compare to our insurance, how services were covered ect. they were very beligerant. They refused to send an itemized bill. After not being able to resolve this issue they sent us to a credit collection agency, which again they could not provide accurate itemization of billing. However due to not wanting to be reported on our credit report for 139.00 we paid there collection agency fee. All I asked was for a reciept that the account was paid in full and the office manager was very very beligerant and refused to provide us a reciept. I do not feel this practice has any integrety. The dental work was very poor and we had to go to a new dentist to have all the work done again , of course costing us even more money.

Our family had been a patient of Dr. Gregg for years and even referred our friends to his practice. He was all around a great dentist. The office staff is out-of-control. Imagine having a dust-up with the new office manager when we were overcharged and due a refund. She was offended by what she thought was "rude tone". Really? You have a right to that with a customer? Later, she sent a final bill which included a threat to send it to collections. Dr Gregg is a great dentist, but who needs an office filled with anger and revenge. This trouble-maker wouldn't make it through the first day of employment at Wal-Mart.
