They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was a lit tle disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I was told to move my car from it's unmarked parking spot because that's where the doctor parked. The dental chair was broken and the head of the chair hit the floor. The doctor was a snob.
Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Parking is inadequate. Dr. Robert W. Queale was rude.
