I paid $3,400 upfront for all my work to be done which was going to 2 sedation appointments. I went for a check up after the first apportionment they casually told me there was a billing error. I wa s thinking maybe a couple hundred dollars, NO it was a couple thousand dollar mistake their office made when adding everything together. So i already paid them a lot of money and they want more to finish the work. Dr. Liggeria was very disrespectful and told me he doesn't do work for free, With the money I paid and the insurance its was probably over $5,000 which is not at all free, For us that was a lot of money. Very disappointed that he cares about money first and foremost. On a positive note I had to get a tooth pulled because it was infected and they did not take care of it during the first sedation (even thought I asked them too) being that I was out of money I had to get it pulled while awake. I saw the other dentist and I really liked him. So much better then Dr. Liggeria If they work out my billing issue I would be willing to Go back to the other dentist only!
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt w ith. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. On my first visit my teeth and gums were a mess from years of neglect. Now, my gums are healing and my teeth cavity free and white!
