One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
