I made an appt. with this Dental practice and they had the wrong address listed. I went to my appt. and a different dental practice was there!!

I called when I got back and explained the situation...no apology! No explanation!! Just defensive rudeness.

I am glad I did not go there. Such unprofessional behavior when dealing with customers says lots about the practice!

The dentists and the staff are friendly enough, but they do not do good work. Swenson is a butcher. I have never bled so much as I did with him. I started to see Park when he entered the practice. Nice guy, very gentle, but after a few short years I am having to get all of the work he has done to me redone. He just doesn't have the years under his belt yet. May be a great dentist some day.
