All new staff makes me feel like im in a bar instead of a dentist office. I have brought my children here for 2 years now and Dr. Woods himself has never done their check ups but he did have am AMAZING hygienist. ....until now. When I called to make an appointment I was given grief about scheduling all of my kids appointments at the same time which is how we have always scheduled. That should have been a clue but we scheduled anyhow. Upon walking in the smell of mildew and old smoke was evident. My youngest son, I was told, has his first cavity ever (the first out of all 4 of my kiddos). I was told that they could fill it today so I was relieved. When a new lady that I've never met came to get him I stood to go as well and was told that my 7 year old had to go alone to which I stated " Absolutely Not" and she rolled her eyes. They drilled without pain relief and surprisingly he was ok BUT two of the receptionist were smoking right across from us in the adjoining room! when I inquired about the caps on his teeth that I have paid for the actual doctor whom we met for the first time in 3 years of coming here stated that he didn't know if his teeth had caps on them or not. needless to say we will not be coming back here

I went in to have a cavity looked at. They took an x-ray. They did not even open my mouth to look at my teeth. Dr. Woods told me to go back to my last dentist to see what they could offer. Did nothing to help me at all. A total waste of my time and gas spent to drive there
