Very unprofessional. We had an appointment scheduled Sept. 15, 2011 at 3:00pm and showed up to a dark and empty office. Halina Wilczanski and her receptionist both failed to inform my family that THEY had changed my daughter's appointment to a later date. Halina Wilczanski offered nothing to reconcile for my familys wasted time and money. Poor communication and unprofessional conduct.
