This dentist is all about money. Nothing is more important. Once, I called at 9am to postpone a 6pm appt. they charged me $50 for cancelling the appt. Recently, I was in so much pain I called this dentist that I've been giving my business at least 6 years, his receptionist told me I could not be seen until I paid the $50. I told her I was willing to pay it. She told me she could not schedule me to see the dentist unless I made a payment over the phone. I asked if I could pay when I got there as I don't like giving personal info over the phone. She said No. My pain was irrelevant, my need for care was irrelevant, my 6 years as a patient was irrelevant, only the $50 was important. He lost two long time patients over $50.00
