Dr. Bettis did NOT wear gloves and did nothing but poke at my tooth and take 5 x-rays of the same tooth. The tooth is broken pretty deep and I am now experiencing pain. I'm worried that his lack of gloves has caused an infection and will be pursuing a lawsuit.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
