I've been going to Dr. Franz as long as he's been at this location, I think. Decades. His office is comfortable and tastefully decorated with photos and souvenirs from his travels. It is located in a convenient location and seems perfectly safe. He's businesslike and quite personable and responds to my questions and concerns. I seldom experience discomfort from procedures. His hygienists are mature, capable individuals, some of whom have been with him as long as I can remember. Since I've been going to him so long, I have few other dentists to compare him to, I admit.
