I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They overbilled me on several occassions. The office staff is rude and incompetent. They missed that a procedure would be covered on my health insurance which should have cost $15.00 but ended up costing $1500.00! It was impossible to get billing issues resolved. Dr. Fujii didn't seem to mind that his office staff was incompetent. So I'm taking my business to a professional office.
