BEWARE! I would not wish this HORRIBLE dentist on my worst enemy! After going there for a routine teeth cleaning and I have a clean mouth and no problems - I was infected with a life threatening form of cystitis and got Ludwig's Agina. I almost died. I was hospitalized for about a week and missed about 3 weeks of work. I was so sick and in pain that I really came very close to death. When informed, Dr. Shirley took no responisbility and did nothing to help adn was very rude. The day I went for the teeth cleaning they were very unorganized and my hygienist and dental assitant were arguing and kept moving me around. I am sure they used unsterilized instruments on me. I became deathly ill within 24 hours of the teeth cleaning. These people are as hateful and unprofessional as it gets. Also unethical and he falsified my dental records. They were not well stocked nor was the sink totally clean! This Dentist gave me no time to ask questions. Their staff was not friendly at all. I for sure didn't feel welcome there. They ignored my questions and my appointment was a waste of time. They almost killed me over a routine teeth cleaning and cost me thousands of dollars and almost my life!!!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
