They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. When I left my appointment, my gums didn't stop bleeding for quite a while. They should have been more careful while they were flossing my teeth. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable.

The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about.
