Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
