They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I am a real scaredy cat, but Dr. Smith makes sure there is no pain involved.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
