You don't actually see the dentist, the assistant comes and gets the child and takes them back and leaves you in a tiny waiting room. Then when it is over the assistant comes out and tells you how the visit went in front of everyone in the waiting room. There is no privacy. When we were there there was 4 other families in the waiting room. In my opinion this is not right. They should tell you how the visit went in private, not let everyone else know. And you should be able to see the dentist not the dental assistant. She also must make too many appointment at the same time, because we waited about 45 minutes before my child taken back.
