There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't give me any sort of oral health techniques that I could do at home to prevent cavities. I asked for some advice, but they couldn't give me any. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.
