Dr. Beals is not the caring professional he claims to be. He asked if I wear my partial and I said always do. Next visit did a minor adjustment to my partial to make it fit better. Several days later it began cutting into my gums and became very painful. 3rd visit I asked him to adjust again because my partial never cut into my gums before he adjusted
it the last time. He said well it's that way because you don't wear it. I explained again that I do indeed. reply, " I refuse to treat anyone who LIES about their dental condition." I had no choice but to leave with a partial that is painful to wear because it cuts into my gums..I always wear my partial. I don't understand why anyone would want to lie about that or to what purpose it would serve to lie. To make matters worse, my granddaughter was sitting in the exam room too and heard the dentist a accuse me of being a liar. I left confused, insulted and humiliated, not to mention being left with a partial that is painful to wear.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
