I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
